How do I pay my bill?

You can pay in person or over the phone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Saturday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You also have the option to pay online 24/7 through our website.

Can I store my boat or RV?

Yes, we have several options for storing boats or RVs. Those options range from covered enclosed, covered, or uncovered open parking.

Is your parking on cement or gravel?

Our parking is on gravel.

Can I rent online?

Yes, you can rent online through our website at this link.

Do I need tenant insurance?

Yes, in case of any kind of event, you will want tenant storage insurance. You can get that on your own through your insurance company, or we offer insurance through us.

Do you provide dollies, pushcarts, and moving equipment?

Yes, we offer pushcarts in each of our Climate control buildings for tenant use.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

No, you do not have to bring your own lock, but you do have to have one on your unit. If you do not bring one, you can purchase one through us.

Do you sell boxes?

No, we do not sell boxes. However, we do sell locks, tape, and mattress/couch covers on site.

What items am I not allowed to store?

The occupant may not store any explosives, flammable, odorous, noxious, corrosive, hazardous, or pollutant materials, or any other good in the space or elsewhere on the property that would cause danger or nuisance to the space or any other portion of the property. The storage of food or perishable goods is strictly prohibited.

What are the access hours?

Storage access hours are 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
